Hello my name is Jennifer and I am trying to get as healthy as I can between my two jobs and family life.
When I was in college eight years ago I decided to join the YMCA and watch what I ate and it was very successful, allowing me to loose 50 pounds, bringing me down to my lowest weight of 150 pounds. It was easy then, I lived at home and my mother did everything for me including packing my lunch and making making dinners. All I had to do was exercise 2 hours a day , work and go to school.
Well I'm going to try it again but without all the help. I'm concentrating on making my lunches and dinners between two jobs. I am only allowing myself to eat one meal a week at a restaurant or take out. My husband does not care about his health or what he puts in his mouth and he will not eat my "healthy food" so I either have to make two meals or let him fend for himself.

I work out as a hobby now since with every free minute I have is at the gym. I work out at SNAP Fitness, which I love because you can go when ever you want, they are never closed.

I keep track of what I eat everyday and how much I exercise on Spark People, which I also love.

I started on January 1st 2009, just like I do every year and always seem to give up, but not this year.

My Program:
I eat 1550 calories a day, cardio three days and strength train three days with one day off. I'm trying to stay away from sweets and soda.
