My Goals:
ENERGY. Less depression and anxiety. Less pain. To be as fit as I can be.

Goal Weight : 120 -130. I might pick a five pound range when I get closer but I haven't weighed in the 120s since I was in my early 20s and I don't know what they will look like on my thirty something body.

153 by the end of July.



My Program:
Staying within SP calorie range. Eating a lot more veggies. Being active every day.

NEVER GIVING UP!!!

That's exactly what I mean! I love it because it means I set my schedule more than I think I would otherwise and I get to choose my students to some extent.

I tutor mostly college students and so far mostly in algebra (I'm capable of up to Calc 1).
