I quit smoking last May and quickly added the last 30lbs! Now that I feel I am over the danger of ever lighting up again it's time to work on losing this weight!!

Personal Information:
I quit Smoking in May 2010 after 30 some yrs. Yay! I have one son Peter who is married. Waiting for my grandbaby to happen. But they're not in any hurry!
Other Information:
I also was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer last year. I had surgery and radiation. I take meds to block estrogen for the next 5 yrs. It was caught and treated early so I have a great outlook! Just a reminder to all women to get their Mamograms!!
