Finish 30 Day Shred

Long term goals:
A more tolerable period
Be able to lift 70+ pounds with ease (when I mean lift, I mean lift anything, boxes, pieces of wood, etc)
Be able to run a 10 minute mile

I want to be: Strong, fast, graceful, agile, beautiful, smart, and constantly reaching toward my full potential.

I'm a person that loves to plan to do things, but I am a really bad procrastinator.
My accomplishments:
Since 6/29 I've finished 26/n swimming sessions and have traveled approximately 13425 meters.

I have foiled most of my own plans, so I hope to be able to outsmart myself into having a better body!

I know I can achieve anything, now I just need to show myself that I will.

I'm sorry to hear you've had such bad luck with doctors. SO Frustrating! I do hope that you keep trying. If you haven't seen an endocrinologist, I would urge you to find one. And skip that doctor that told you to just go to the gym. I dr. should NEVER say that without first asking you about your activity levels. Assuming is just Rude and wrong!

I know WHY they do it; doesn't mean I have to like it. It's the same reason they spread one article over 3 or 4 pages - increased ad exposure.
