My Goals:
Goal weight between 135 and 140

to complete yoga teacher training and begin teaching

to run a 5K, 10K, Half and Full Marathon (eventually)

to be a good example to everyone around me

My Program:
Measure every portion, log all foods, except for the occasional indulgent meal


I aim to workout 5 to 6 times a week, varying my routine between Strength Training, Cardio, Yoga, and Pole Fitness
I get bored easy, so it's never the same!

Personal Information:
I am 26. I have struggled with my weight since I was 15, I used to be in a semi-professional dance troupe, when I lost that I gained so much weight, my highest weight was 200 lbs. Over the years I've lost some here and there but I always gain it back and more.
I have the most wonderful fiance, he's an inspiration to me, having lost more than 100lbs himself. He's my best friend and my dearest love. I don't know what I would do without him.

Thanks for your comment on my "Road Bike Crash" blog. Considering that I hit the side of the 4Runner really hard, my injuries were minimal. My helmet is toast!

I filed a police report. This is getting interesting.
