I am using the SPARK nutrition and fitness trackers. I want to focus on more plant based foods. I want to get away from processed food. Limiting dairy, gluten, sugars, and salt. I take vit c and a probiotic, saw palmetto daily along with meds for thyroid and bloodpressure.
