Health before Numbers!
It's January 2012 and in the last 2 1/2 years of being on sparkpeople I have done next to nothing. In fact I have gained even more weight. 4 years ago today I was 176pounds. I'm now 255. This is not acceptable. So I'm starting over. I've re-set me Sparkpeople goals and I'm starting at the beginning again. To many times we keep the baggage of the past and let it effect how we're doing today. I say NO MORE. This year is about finding myself again. Finding Louisa. Re-discovering who I am through ...

To many times we keep the baggage of the past and let it effect how we're doing today. I say NO MORE. This year is about finding myself again. Finding Louisa. Re-discovering who I am through changes in my weight and health. Losing 2.5 pounds a week will put me at my goal of 125 pounds in a year. That's the goal. Now to make it happen!
