Reclaiming Me
I want my outside to match the fun and active me I am on the inside. I have been on this journey to a healthier me before and have even had some pretty good success a few times, but here I am again. I look forward to re-SPARKing my efforts by using Sparkpeople to keep me accountable. I am joining the fall 5% challenge and I will exercise daily for a minimum of 10 minutes for the 56 days of the challenge. I will follow the Spark guidelines for my diet and watch the calories and ...

On my Team page I will record my daily exercise and Living the Good Life Points, and on Saturdays I will weigh in and record it. I will check in with my team daily and leave a comment on the Discussion Board. I will read and comment on blogs as I have time. I will support other team mates so they will support me and we can hold each other accounatable.
