Kia ora, welcome to my page, Sparkers!
I know I can easily release my unwanted fat, because I have done it before.
With the wonderful support of my Spark buddies, especially the Wise Ones, using the Beck cognitive behavioral approach, the Cura Romana, and trying out the Bright Line Eating principles, I figure I can change my thinking to get rid of it for good.

My task for 2016 is releasing the excess fat, achieving the right size for me, & adhering to that right sized body. My push this year is to plan my food, I accept that it will benefit me greatly; I want to do it; and I believe that from this, everything else should flow.
Whatever it takes, Sparkers!

My Program:
Show up every day.

Incorporate helpful thinking behaviors.

Recover from surgery without overly cosseting myself.

Work the Cura and Beck to release the fat, and use the principles of the Leptin diet and BLE for in between.

Personal Information:
I live in New Zealand with my DH. I work part time. I have a small flock of chickens, some purely decorative nowadays.

Other Information:
Let it be easy.

If hunger is not the problem, food won't solve it.
If you always do what you always did...you always get what you always got.
Whatever it is...I don't have to eat over it.
Hungry/Not Hungry
My food/Not my food
On my plan/not on my plan
Time to eat/Not time to eat
NO CHOICE.
Oh, well.

Thanks for the insight on being sugar-free, I hadn't thought of the body doing that, but it makes sense!

Thanks for the link to the LCHF diet, I found it fascinating.
It reminded me very much of the ORIGINAL Atkins diet, baring the fact that there may be more above-ground veges in the LCHF diet. The couple of times in my life when I have lost major weight have been with either the ketogenic VLCD shake diet or the Atkins diet.
Cheers
