My Program:
I'm a vegetarian, so I always try to mix up my whole grains and proteins in new and interesting ways!

Just got a gym membership...so I plan to take Body Combat and yoga twice a week, and fill in other cardio and weight training twice a week.

Personal Information:
I care about weight loss, don't get me wrong. But I care more about having more energy, feeling less stressed-out, and being happy and healthy. If I miss my numeric goals -- so what? As long as I can feel better, and can track my progress that way.

Welcome to the Low Carbon Dieter's Team. Great to have you on board. I'va also had my issues with smoking this last year and hope that I have quit for the final time. Good luck with your quest.

Hi! enjoyed checking your page out! I also have two big dogs...and they are the best girls in the WHOLE world. They do tend to take over your life--just like having kids. I wouldn't give them up for anything! I also can relate to your weight. I was at 174, then lost to 145, then put back on 9 pounds and am holding at 154. I want to lose back to 145. I also was a smoker and was able to give it up with the nicotene gum back in 1985. I knew I didn't want to smoke during pregnancy so gave it up before trying to conceive. Congrats to you for working on giving it up! Not easy, but very doable, and you'll look back and thank your lucky stars that you did!
