My Goals:
I have recently hit a weight that I am content with, so now it's all about maintenance as well as increasing my energy, flexibility and strength (w/o the bulk).

My Program:
Current Routine:
Zumba Classes (@ least twice a week)

But, I need to increase my exercise time to daily. This could be anything from walking a mile, to popping in a DVD to going kayaking on the lake.


Past Programs:
Chalean Extreme and loved every workout.

P90X - completed two months and then got board of it.
