Journey to a Better Me

I am a wife and mother of 2. I also work full time as a Compliance Project Manager. For far too long I have put myself last, and because of this my health has suffered greatly. My goal is to get healthy and strong to live my best life.

"If I had to select one quality, one personal characteristic that I regard as being most highly correlated with success, whatever the field, I would pick the trait of persistence. Determination.
The will to endure to the end, to get knocked down seventy times and get up off the floor saying. "Here comes number seventy-one!"
