Maintaining

I'm a Resolution Sparker from 2011 who had 70 lbs to eliminate & a black belt to earn. I hit goal weight & the black belt & a number of other goals I found along the way.

Now I know there is nothing I can't accomplish if I want it bad enough (b/c I've kick-ass SP friends who will literally kick my ass all the way to the finish lol!)

I've kept the weight banished for 2 years (I haven't lost weight b/c lost things can be found...& I won't take it back!)

Thanks for the info on where/how I can input my mileage + time. Up until now I've been using the exercise picker, which makes you pick the speed and time ...but not the mileage.

When I went to the Mileage Tab it at first wouldn't let me do what you were saying ... I had to first set it so that it tracked mileage as a goal. But if you had not mentioned what tab to go to I would never have figured it out. Soo...
