I love to make people laugh. No I am not a stand up comedian although I have been told I should take my show on the road. I am a photographer and am married to a professional chef. We live in NW Arkansas. I joined sparkpeople in 2006 and have lost a total of 42lbs.

I have recently started the NWA in Motion Challenge because I really enjoy meeting new people, challenging and being challenged to excel, and really want a team that is committed online and in person. I have not been overweight all my life. The weight has come on in the last few years and I have really struggled to get it off. I know what it takes to get there and am ready to do it! NWA in Motion is a way to motivate myself as well as others to take off the weight!

My Goals:
Goals for 2011

1. Track my food
2. Spark every day
3. 30 min of cardio 5x wk
4. Strength train 4x wk
5. Five fruits/veg daily
6. Plenty of water daily
7. 8 hrs of sleep daily

I want to have such a great body that playboy tracks me down and insists that I pose for there upcoming issue. Of course I will be flattered by the offer - after all it is an honor just to be nominated - but will kindly refuse the offer. In which Hugh will reply that they must have me for the cover and will allow me to be scantily clothed with all the important parts covered yet still tell that I have a smokin hot bod. In which I will reply most certainely I will do the cover.

My Program:
Workout at least four times a week. Mixing both cardio and strength training.

As far as my eating goes I am going to stay within 1490 calories a day. Each meal will be a well balanced and nutritional meal. At least 4 to 5 servings of fruit and veggie a day.

Personal Information:
I am married and have no children. My husband is my best friend. Nobody can make me laugh like he does.

Nice meeting you too! I actually teach kickboxing and an interval circuit class at World Gym Springdale on Sunday afternoons, which can be part of the challenge! I think I can get passes?
