I have to say, this site has helped me to track my nutrients and learn how to eat healthier which seems to equal eating as clean as possible(fuits and veggies lean meats, lowfat dairy-as fresh as I can find'em). Also, learning what my body is capable of and pushing the limits and boundaries.
I want to be able to run longer distances, to have muscle definition in my arms and core. I want to be able to wear tank tops and shorts this summer.

My Goals:
I started running last fall and have since signed up for my first 5K. Woot!!! I also started doing strength training. It is amazing to watch your body change and muscles become more prominent. The only issue I have now is how to eat enough healthy food.

My Program:
I work out 7 days a week by doing a workout dvd in the am. I also walk my dog 2x a day :) best fitness equipment ever!!!!!

favorite workout dvd currently: Turbojam!!!!! Looove it, so fun. Also doing ST with Chalene Extreme. Starting running in November last year. I find this to be very addictive as it allows me to surrender to my own body and not be so much in my mind.

thanks for reading my blog!!! i how seeing cuts in places that never existed before (calves, thighs, shoulders, arms, etc...) are total motivation---way more than stickfigures!!!
