Do it everyday, no matter how small.

Putting my all into being consistent with my health routines. I'm usually horrible at sticking to plans and strategies but I want to see what a solid month will generate in terms of results.

I've made drastic changes to my lifestyle such as changing my sleep time from 5~6am to midnight latest, quit gaming for 10+ hours per day to 2 hours max, drink 6 bottles of water a day, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, and trying a low carb / high protein diet for this whole next month. ...
