 I'm starting off VERY slow....having tried and failed many times before. Low carb is the only thing that's ever really worked....

Personal Information:
Ridgeley wv, right up against Cumberland MD and a hop skip and stone's throw from Pennsylvania. I moved back north again after Katrina tossed me out of New Orleans two years to the day I moved there. Hmmmm I can take a hint.....
