Personal Information:
My name is Denise and I'm from a small town in Wyoming. Was born and lived in southern Illinois until I was 14. Used to play softball, played until I was 42. Now I bowl on a women's league. I have two sons, ages 26 and 23 and one grandbaby born in May of 2008.

Other Information:
I have been a school secretary for 20 years. I would like my yearbook photo to look nice by next school year. I love to read, especially like Nora Roberts, Sue Grafton, Patricia Cornwall etc. Really enjoy camping with my husband and our friends.

Hi Denise! You are doing great at loosing those pesky pounds. I know how frustrating the plateaus can be. Getting some time with a personal trainer seens to be just the ticket to give you a moral boost. Just keep working at it and the pounds will eventually take off. Have a nice Thanksgiving. Vicki
