My AMAZING Weight Loss!!
I am 57 years old and absolutely need to lose weight! I reset my weight loss ticker to reflect my totals to date, which began in June 2009 at 250 pounds. I found SparkPeople through an article in Woman's Day magazine that I received in the mail on May 9, 2011. I weighed 218 on that day, after losing 20 pounds since March 1, 2011. January 19, 2012...I am now down 69 pounds and didn't gain any over the holidays!! Starting the journey again to get some more poundage off before vacation in the ...
