Lisa, I am a really slow loser and every one pound I lose is a giant victory. I used to get so frustrated when some one I knew went on a crazy diet and lost weight fast or had the time and energy to spend hours at the gym or was hooked on a new supplement. Funny thing is in most cases those activites and diets were only short term. I am in this for the rest of my life and I'll get to my long term goal eventually.
