My Goals:
To sum it up, I really just want to be more healthy. I consider myself pretty physically active, but I have a few problem areas (stomach and back) I would like to improve. I would love to be in my healthy BMI range. I am 5'4, which means I really should weigh no more than 145 pounds.
My Program:
Diet - I'm not really following a specific diet plan yet, but I hope to start soon. Exercise - I do various forms of cardio workouts 4-5 times a week. This may include doing elliptical, jogging on treadmill, latin dance class or kickboxing. I'm also doing strength training at least twice a week.
Personal Information:
29 years old Mother of one son, Elijah, who is three.
