    "BEAUTIFUL WOMAN AWARD"

    You are the recipient of the Beautiful Woman Award!!

    Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the page of 8 women who deserve it. If you receive more than 3, you know you're really beautiful! If you break the chain, nothing will happen, but it's always good to know someone thinks you're beautiful inside and out!

    Again, Congratulations Beautiful!

    No, I cannot commit to making it to the gym everyday. I have been making an effort to really increase my exercise for the past couple of months. You can check out my fitness trackers which are shared on my sparkpage to see what I usually do. I usually get in at least 2 good, long workouts a week and then try to fit in a few shorter workouts when I have the time. I was going to try for 5 days of exercise this week, but I don't think I'll quite make it. I'll probably only get 4, but we'll see if I can squeeze more exercise in somewhere.

    Sometimes when you work out a lot, you don't see an initial weight loss. I was working out for a couple months before I started seeing any weight loss. I think part of it was that my body was building muscle during that time. At least, that's the best explanation I have heard.

    I'm 5'7" and it means a lot to hear you say I look good. I am actually generally happy with my body, but I know I can do better for myself and I am dying to get into the healthy range of BMI. Even though, I do realize BMI is not really all that accurate. It would make me feel good, so I'm going for it. Another 10 pounds and I'd be into the upper end of the healthy range.

    Sorry it's taken me a whille to get back to you. You left a message on my SparkPage asking me what vidoes that I use. In addition to the SparkPeople videos, I have these following videos:

    * Walk the Walk (is a strength training workout)
    * Bellydance Fitness for Beginners
    * Dance fitness for Beginners
    * Weight Watchers Ready, Set, Go
    * Richard Simmons - Stretching to the Classics
    * Great Body Series - Super Stomach, Dynamite Legs, Upper Body Beautiful

    I also have a stretch band kit that came with a video, but I don't use the video part. Plus I have a mini trampoline that came with a video, but I no longer use the mini tram because I injured my knee and I can no longer take the stress of bouncing on it.

    I just like a variety of videos because I tend to get bored easily otherwise.

    Thanks for adding me as a friend and for your comment on my blog. Ordering water is a constant for me. Luckily for me, I don't even like soda so the only thing to avoid is alcohol and the more I read on sparkpeople about alcohol, the more I want to avoid it except on special occasions.
