My Goals:
Cardio at least four times a week.

Strength training at least four times a week (upper body 2x and lower body 2x).

Drink at least eight glasses of water a day.

My Program:
I joined a gym near my house, one where I feel comfortable and welcome and enjoy going. I also set small, achievable goals for myself and am starting slowly so I don't get overwhelmed and give up.

Other Information:
I love books, TV/movies, and knitting.
