BRING ON THE SUMMER!!!!

I have been hanging around Sparkpeople for awhile...but reinvested myself when I had a wedding coming up. The wedding has passed now, and I am just working towards my goal weight in a bit more realistic fashion.

I had lost a lot of weight (around 50 pounds) in 2007-2008, and then slowly started gaining when I met my boyfriend. All those burgers, beers, and pizzas really add up! We have both been trying hard to lose weight and get healthier, and I try not to get upset when ...

We have both been trying hard to lose weight and get healthier, and I try not to get upset when it FALLS right off of him and not me.

He is going to be leaving for active duty in the Army in the spring, and I really would love to be at my goal weight before he leaves.

I work as an attorney for a legal services firm (ie: low pay, helping people who can't afford a private attorney)...and some days it is better than others. The good days have improved since I started working out again :)

My Goals:
Goal: Work out 4x a week

Goal: start strength training again!!!

Goal: drink 100oz of water a day

Goal: keep up my routine even when out of town (visiting family, etc)

My Program:
I stick between my 1200 and 1600 calories a day, doing my best to stay towards the lower end. I also track the days I stay in my calories on a fancy spreadsheet :)

I have been lazy about workouts lately and am trying to get back into it.

I think seeing a celeb counts for like 150 calories burned in excited sweat LOL, but you'll have to check the fitness tracker to be sure emoticon
Sounds like you had a good weekend, even if you didn't fit everything in mission-wise...me too.
no regrets! We can only move forward and make the next best choice!!!

I am liking it...I just need to eat & drink less for it to be more effective!

March is pretty booked for me, including a big California trip. Maybe this Sunday?

BTW...soo glad you're coming to Daytona with us! Just need to drop the lbs. before then!
