Getting Fit in 2010
I have embarked on a weight loss and fitness journey for 2010 with my two sisters. They are both overweight as well. We have made it our goal to become more healthy and more fit, while losing weight together.

My Goals:
So far my goals for my weight loss are small. I want to first see 100kg, then 200lbs, then, I want to weigh less than my younger sister did when we started this, which is approximately 180lbs.
My Program:
I do a water aerobics class with my sister 3 days a week, and we go swimming most other days. The class is geared to older adults, or people with arthritis. I also do Wii Fit Plus most days, concentrating on Yoga and Strength Training.
Personal Information:
I am married mom of 5 children aged 10-18. My husband is in the military, and is also trying to lose weight and get fit. He is currently deployed overseas, which makes this a little difficult for him. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in January 2009 and spent most of 2009 on steroid medication. I gained over 20lbs on the medication. Now I am off it, I am feeling better, but showing symptoms of arthritis. I want to keep moving and not let this control my life.
