did it!115 lbs lost so far.

my goal back in jan 2012 was to lose between 80 to 100 in a lapse of 10 months,I did it by nov 1st 2012, since then i'am now up 115 lbs lost,not looking to lose more weight and thinking on building muscle mass now in 2013 see how it goes but not much rush since my main goal has been achived.

Saludos y gracias por tus consejos!! Ya llevo una semana con la sopa, no tomo las proteinas y la verdad que solo me puedo comer un bowl y solo una vez al dia!! Quisas no sigo todo el plan como dices y no vea los mismos resultado pero solo estoy comenzando! Tambien comenze un programa de ejersicios de Billy Banks Taebo bastantes intensos. No he bajaso libras pero si he bajado una pulgada de cintura! No se si es la sopa o el ejersicio intenso! JA JA JA!! Ni modo sigo intentando a ver si logro bajar un poco o por lo menos tonificar mas! Gracias y mucho exito a ti y a tu espsosa! Te mantendre informada como me va! Pregunta, a ustedes le dio dolor de cabeza cuando estaban comiendo la sopa?

Saludos ELFLACO!! Acabo de ver tu comentario en el grupo de Boricuas and Friends sobre la receta de la "Fat Flush Soup"! No sabes cuanto me encantan las sopas y ya busque la receta para probarla!! Como le va a tu esposa con este programa? Lo hace todo solo come la sopa? Gracias por compartirla!!

Thank you for the kind comment on my blog. I'm the first one to tell a friend that any loss is great, but when it was me only losing .2 pounds, I was deflated.

But, this was a new week in a new month and a new weigh-in tomorrow! I'm feeling much more optimistic! Best of luck to you too on reaching your goals emoticon
