Creating joy - feel good, look good & be well
I am so happy to have found this awesome site. I hope it is here forever. I have always been a very active person. A few health issues and other circumstances, I slowed a bit. But, that is about to change. Today, is the beginning of the rest of my life. My life will be exactly what I make it, it is up to me. I would like to participate in a 5K run - late fall, so now is the time to start training. If I cannot slow jog the entire race, I will walk the finish.

My Goals:
I am motivated to participate in the "From Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp" which started today, May 03. My goal is to lose 5 lbs this month and drop a dress size. SW: 160. GW 155 on 5/31/09. Did the Day 1 cardio W/O and it was so invigorating. Here I come team, here I come!!!
My Program:
I am eating more healthier since I have access to some great recipes. Also, drinking eight glasses of water daily, exercising and creating a positive attitude. Right now, I am taking medication but my goal is for my Dr to take me off in the future.

My name is Eldora, I live in the great state of Ohio.
I have two grown children, one granddaughter and one great granddaughter who is 4 yrs. old. She is my heart and we have sooo much fun. She say the darndest things and keep me laughing.
Other Information:
I love to take pictures and scrapbook them when time permits. My passion is my Red Hat Society chapter. I attend a Red Hat event every chance I get. I love fitness walking and Line dancing. I want to learn more about my ditigal camera and become a computer geek, that means more classes, I can do that!
