This is my before photo, 242 lbs. YIKES!

This picture was taken on 11/14/09, at 203 lbs. I am 39 lbs less than my "before" pic!
No I don't have a funny-shaped elbow, there's a blue balloon behind me that is the same color as my shirt. Ha ha. :)

I am a 30-year-old mother of 4. I've struggled with my weight all my life, and about 7-8 years ago I lost 40 lbs and reached a weight of 133, and was able to maintain that for about a year before I got out of the habit of exercising, and my weight slowly started increasing after that. After the birth of my 4th child last July, I got a Mirena IUD, which caused a myriad of side effects, including a weight gain of over 40 lbs. I had it removed in May, and I am now 85 lbs overweight!! I NEED to pull myself together and get back down to a healthy weight. I have a long-term goal of reaching 125-130 lbs.
