e-train gets back on track

Just turned 32, and I'd LOVE people to say "Let's face it babe, you've never looked better!"
I am back to being a runner (ran my first 5K on Halloween!!), but all though my school years I played soccer, basketball, the whole nine yards...and then I went to art school - sports didn't exist there. I got myself an eating disorder and thus a slew of health complications as a result.
I'm single, tubby, and tired of it. Time to get back into shape, then back into the game...I'd like to ...

Thanks for the C25K encouragement! Sounds like you're running along too...boy, that jump to 8 minutes of running at one time gets ya! I tried to see how long I could go before I peeked at my watch so I wouldn't get discouraged. It made me feel so sweaty and out of breath and proud and strong to make it through! That's why I like running...not the actual running part but the afterglow!

Thanks for the run/walk advice. For some reason, set programs don't work for me. Once I get off the set program, I just give up...it's my ADDness---that's my excuse anyway! emoticon
