Update 11/19/12: I'm Lee -- I'm 38, and I've had it. This is it. I'm so done with feeling like I can't accomplish a weight-loss goal. I have 15 pounds I am going to shed. Power of positive thinking! I have reset all my SP goals. I like to run on the treadmill, walk outside, play frisbee with my kids, do workout DVDs including yoga, and swim. I like to eat, too, but I'm going to CONTINUE working on that. I have 2 kids, ages 8 and 5, and a wonderful husband. I live in ...

Short-term (Mar/Apr): 1. Reach 140 lbs. 2. Make Quinoa once. -DONE! 4/23/13 3. Have 4 consecutive 1250-cal days. 4. WEEKEND WORKOUTS. Short-term (Apr/May): 1. WEEKEND WORKOUTS. 2. Work on Core. 3. Do 3 treadmill runs (30 min each) 4. lose 2 lbs. Med-term: 1. Lose 13-15 lbs. Starting weight 148. 2. Flatten belly! 3. Feel better in clothes. Long-term: 1. Run a 5K. 2. Maintain healthy BMI. 3. Enjoy life! Including food!
My Program:
1250-1500 calorie range per SP -Walking -C25K -10-minute workouts whenever possible!
