Getting healthy, one shovelful of snow at a time!
The *number* of my weight doesn't matter - it matters how i feel, and knowing that when I felt my best I was considerably (+/- 30 lbs) smaller. I'm getting on track for real, now that I have a goal and a way to track it. It's easy to "sneak" snacks, extra bites, a candy bar here and there, but when you're plugging it in to your Spark page, it's more difficult, because you have to account for it. Otherwise, what's the point?
