funny enough, I actually do have to put my feet on the floor to get to the alarm.. I just have to snuggle back in the warmth of the bed before I get up.. ugh!!! LOL
Maybe you have something with the stretches though, If I just start to stretch AS SOON AS my feet hit the floor instead of snuggling back under the covers, that may help.. will have to give it a shot tomorrow morning and see how it works.. Thanks so much for the comments and the helpful hint.
Hi there! Thanks for the nice comments on my page. Good luck to you in your goals. Joining the half marathon group was definitely a motivational move for me. I'm just doing the Couch to 5K program now... then plan to move on to the 10K program... and finally the half marathon. Any advice for a first timer? Best of luck to you!
