In the final months of my final year of school, I realized that I gained about 15 lbs over the last 3 years. Since then, I have become determined to not allow myself to be fat the rest of my life like I was much of the previous 30 years.
I have lost twenty pounds since the end of March and am the lightest I have been since my junior year in high school. Ten more pounds and I will be at the weight I am hoping to maintain!

My Goals:
I am hoping to put 1000 miles on my bike this summer. I need to ride 200 miles a month from May through September to get there. 7-10 (284 miles)
I want to see my abs for the first time this summer. They have been hiding for quite a few years (all of them)
My Program:
- I am eating at the bottom range of my calories.
- Bike 50 miles a week.
- 4 sets of Push-ups and pull-ups Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Camping and Hiking every weekend I don't work.

I am a dork about fantasy and science fiction. My most recent favorite in that genre was The Hunger Games and I just read Dune for the first time.
My favorite author is Kurt Vonnegut.
I juggle. It is a lot cooler than it sounds. Currently, I am working on keeping 5 balls in the air without looking ridiculous.
I am an atheist, socialist, vegetarian.
