My Goals:
My Main Goal is to keep my Sparkpage current to the Season. 1) I will log in at least once each season.
Fall
Winter
Spring
summer
2) I will stop letting backsliding take over my progress.
3) I will keep up my variety of workout favorites and not loose momentum.
4) I will be a motivator and example to others.

My Program:
Monday- Walk/light weights/stretching
Tuesday- Walk/Pilates/Swim
Wednesday- Planning to ride my bike, but happens sporaticly due to the weather/work commitments.
Thursday-Walk/Jog/Swim
Friday- Walk/Light weights
Saturday-long walk or jog
Sunday- take puppy to the beach or Zumba

I have BS degree in Kinesiology(Exercise Science/Wellness Mgmt) ACE Personal Trainer
ACE Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant

working with people of all ages and fitness levels.
I can even just be a friend and provide support.

Other Information:
I enjoy free weights, and wouldn't mind someday to getting into women's competitive weightlifting.
I tried snowboarding and that was a blast!!
I have high ambitions at time, but I just want to live life to the fullest, and put in what I feel I need to.
