To finally get rid and stay rid of this last 11.
I do Spinning classes twice a week, run (or at least try to) once a week, and lift weights three times a week. I'm not on any sort of diet but I am very aware of what I eat.
I'm originally from St. Louis, MO but now living in Aurora, CO. I'm a MadDogg Certified Spinning Instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach and a Boot Camp Challenge Certified Instructor. I love working out and being active.
I am glad you are interested in the March challenge. I hope it works out lol, I am sure not everyone will keep up and that is ok, I mostly just wanted to do it for me and thought it would be great to do a team type thing. I am going to add you if you do not mind :)
