Hi Elizabeth,

I'm glad to hear your knees are doing better. That's such great news!

As for me, I'm still struggling with that shoulder. The doc thinks there might be some nerve damage so I have to go for another test. If they have to fix it, that's another operation. I'm starting to think this will never end!

At any rate, it's given me the opportunity to launch the business.

I'm ready to do some check ins. I also joined a Facebook group that meets daily. I'm not sure if you're up for that or not, but if you are let me know and we'll get you in there.

I'm still in the same boat: 20 lbs to lose.....

Sorry to hear that your job search isn't going as you planned. Sometimes it's just a question of a resume tweak or two. Let me know if you want some help.

Thanks for the clown. My recovery is definitely up and down. I have another 2 weeks before I can start band work, so it will probably be at least 7 weeks before I can start light weight lifting. Hope you're doing well!

Hi...I read that you wanted to learn to hula hoop. Have you tried that yet? I'd love to (if I could find one big enough to work around MY middle) but was worried about the lateral movement on my knees. I LOVED it as a kid...was pretty good with it. It's GREAT for the waistline. If you've tried it, I'd love to know how it was.
