My goals are to be active on a daily basis, eat healthy foods, manage stress, and build self-esteem for the benefit of my overall health and well-being.
Practice mindfulness and self-care daily.
I am an Anglophile and a book-lover with a penchant for chinoiserie. My free time is spent traveling, reading English literature, eastern philosophy, science-fiction, and fantasy. When I'm not reading, I'm crocheting, writing, baking scones, drinking tea, taking mindful walks, doing yoga, and meditating.
Tea's proper use is to amuse the idle, and relax the studious, and dilute the full meals of those who cannot use exercise, and will not use abstinence.
This cup of tea in my two hands in mindfulness is held uprightly. With body and mind I dwell in the very here and now.
