I ended up befriending another newbie and we ran/walked together. I was so proud of myself :)

My Program:
Exercise - Just keep moving! Doesn't matter if it's running, walking, Walk Away the Pounds, other DVDs or strength training. Counting calories, eating more healthier by cutting down the fast foods and high carb and fats! It's working 1/16/13 :)
