First race at Lodi Lake. Cool early morning run. We were an hour early and I wanted to go home. My husband said no because if we went home-we wouldn't come back. I ended up befriending another newbie and we ran/walked together. I was so proud of myself :)

My Program:
Exercise - Just keep moving!

Aha moment: If you are over 40 and have been having issues with your weight, you should try to adopt a more vigorous exercise program and focus on healthy eating plans.

Counting calories and focusing on higher protein, good fats and carbs. Workout 5 days a week doing Focus T25, 3 days HIIT routine on treadmill and one day running 3-5 miles. Occasional gym session twice a month.
