Dutchie's Time to Shine
I am fit and strong - I finally believed this on Aug 19/2012 when I completed the Tough Mudder event. I think secretly I always knew I was fit - my tracker is that I can grab my shoes any Sunday and go run for an hour. That's my gauge and I am still there. There is always a but...I struggle with meeting the other goals in my life. This includes my nutrition goals, my relationship goals, my career goals and often just my day-to-day goals. I think secretly I always knew I was fit - my tracker is that I can grab my shoes any Sunday and go run for an hour. That's my gauge and I am still there. There is always a but...I struggle with meeting the other goals in my life. This includes my nutrition goals, my relationship goals, my career goals and often just my day-to-day goals. Exercise is easy for me - I love being active. I just need to learn to use these skills through all aspects of my life. My other big win this year is that it has finally sunk in that beating myself up about things often has the opposite effect on performance. I'm working hard to focus forward rather than backward. I will figure this out!

My Goals:
I'm aiming for Level 10 in SparkPoints by December 31, 2012. I need a minimum of 8,500 points to reach this goal I used to do a daily point count - but it's a scary number after not being on the site for almost 2 months! Going to keep it fun!
