Spring 5% Challenge commitments are:
- to lose 9 pounds in 8 weeks
- follow SP diet staying within 1250 - 1600 calories increasing my protein and decreasing carbs
- will exercise at least 10 mins daily for 56 days
- help both my team and myself by daily exercise, tracking it and encouraging my team mates by posting to blogs and discussion boards as time allows
- be aware of my food choices
- will post my weight each Saturday

I found SparkPeople doing a search for a free calorie counter back on December 10, 2011. It was a bad time to start a lifestyle change so I restarted in February, 2012. I'm doing much better with the program now with fewer temptations facing me than in December. More motivation and learning more about all that the website has to offer. Looking forward to a healthier, happier and smaller me as each day goes by.
