I found SparkPeople doing a search for a free calorie counter back on December 10, 2011. It was a bad time to start a lifestyle change so I restarted in February, 2012. I'm doing much better with the program now with fewer temptations facing me than in December. More motivation and learning more about all that the website has to offer. Looking forward to a healthier, happier and smaller me as each day goes by.

-Goal MET - Begin uncluttering my house starting first with my living room MOVING ON TO SEWING ROOM - reward a massage

Have made a lot of progress over the past year in changing my lifestyle
-drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
-8 hours of sleep
-track my food consistantly
-eating more freggies
-portion control
-must work on exercise
