Smiling from within

In August 2008 I decided after finishing dental school I would win the battle of the bulge. I'm proud to say I removed pounds went from 242 to a low of 191! I felt like a newly changed woman, what could stop me now! Little did I know real life would have its ups and downs too, that the stress of the world after a five year fight I would regain the weight.

I am a changed woman! Fitness is definitely a part of my daily regimen I'm back to learn more about what to eat and tracking! ...

My Goals:
Get reacquainted with my body. Learn my bodes formula. Fitness goals come easy let's work on racking and nutrition!



My Program:
Sunday- 1 hr walk
Monday- circuit training , walk dog, am DVD
Tues- cardio... Variety
Wed- circuit training, kettle bell, am DVD
Thurs- am variety, cardio at gym, walk dog
Fri and sat variety mix add stretch on the weekend

Other Information:
Nov goal- remove five lbs
Dec goal- remove five lbs

Each day is an opportunity to do well, be proud and smile!

Each meal is an option to chose a healthy choice!

Tamm, ghostly greetings! Carve out your day with positivity. Rattle your bones with exercise activities. Brew your cauldron with healthy menu potions. Have a TERROR-ific and BOO-tiful Halloween!


I'm wishing you frightfully fun from my sparkpage to yours.
I embrace you with monster hugs for Halloween night.
BEWARE to avoid the awakened Spirits cemetery tours.
As this year brings haunted houses, ghoulish costumes and screaming delight.

The brewing cauldrons are overflowing with healthy potions galore.
"Hang around for a spell!" the witches will cackle.
Bats flying, spider webs spinning and creepy crawlers soon join the horror.
Let's just hope, the rattling skeletal bodies do not unshackle.

Hours away, the spooktacular fun will be here.
