My Goals:
--Whittle down inches off my body for comfort.
--This means getting to a healthy weight, but not focusing on weight alone.
--Re-learn self-control and healthy moderation without feeling deprived.

My Program:
--Work-out at least four times per week.
--Healthier in-between meal snacks.
--One SMALL piece of chocolate at work, if any allowed.
--One dessert per day (small).
--Moderation (Lifestyle Diet).

I'm trying to get away from craving sweets...I was craving that doughnut after 2 days of seeing it sitting there in the box haha The Starbucks, I just wanted it. In moderation I'm okay with. Neither set off a binge, so I'm okay with those little treats. Made it work for sure. I left room self-consciously for the Starbucks I think haha

I've never had anything pumpkin spice (when people seem to go crazy for it anyway lol) other than a muffin...I've never had anything Starbucks pumpkin spice. I do, I really do!!! hahaha It's so yummy!!!

Thanks for the comment on my blog. Tracking my food and Sparkpeople in general has helped me SO MUCH as I go thorough this life transition. It's made me realize that tracking now is just as important as ever, even as I maintain. I think I'm going to give maintenance a year before I start experimenting with intuitive eating. That way I'll have maintained through all four seasons and at least through this life change, if not others. We'll see where I am, though, I'm not totally set on that. If I don't feel ready by then, I'll make a new goal.
