Thank you for the SparkGoodie! I have been MIA for a couple of months. Too much going on. I didn't have time to log-on. Hopefully I'll be able to be accountable once again. Thank you for checking in on me!
I thought about you today when I bought some peaches (my fruit for the week). I am slowly getting back on track. I haven't been able to buy that fancy new scale yet but I figure that's no excuse to procrastinate. Thanks for your encouragement.
I totally agree about the carb thing. I was still eating between 100-150 a day, but it was a pretty drastic change for me. It was something to try and it didn't seem to do anything. So I am going back to my regular "diet"! Tonight I am having ravioli!! I missed it so much! And I will be buying all of my favorite "fiber one" bread products at the store this weekend. Also, I can't even explain how much I missed my post-hiking bowls of oatmeal!!!
Thanks for the comment on my blog. I'd love to try spinning sometime, but I sadly don't have a location nearby without paying a good penny and I have Kung Fu three times a week. Leave little time for much else!
