I am committed to shedding those extra pounds so that I feel comfortable in my skin. Iwant to maintain a healthy weight and a healthy lifestyle

My Program:
I enjoy a twice weekly jog with a friend and have been doing this regulaly for the past twenty months. We are planning to enter our first 5k fun in a few months time

Thanks for the comments on my SparkPage & blog. I'm learning to like cardio even though I sincerely miss lifting weights. I think that I'll LOVE cardio as soon as I start shedding more weight. emoticon

Why not write a blog about the sort of support that you need? Writing things down can really help to keep you focused. I know that everyone's different but I find that it helps me - especially when people add supportive comments.

Hope you find your motivation again soon. You can choose whether to carry on or not - but you know where slipping back will take you. Reading some of the motivation articles in the Lifestyle Center (under Healty Lifestyle at the top of your page) might help.

Welcome to the C25k team! I know you will love the program. The first couple weeks can be tough and you will have times when you doubt whether you are ready for the next step, but you will do it, you will amaze yourself and you will be a runner!
