Before I hit 50 I would like to complete all of these steps. I knew I had to quit smoking first as it was beginning to really effect me and has done some permanent damge to my airways.
I see others out enjoying life and I have choosen to sit around and watch from the sidelines for way to long. I have missed so much, I have a 14 year old daughter who is my world, and I regret the fact that I couldn't do the things with her I wished I could, wether out of embarassment of my size or just physically incapable. Not that I wanted to choose this life style but I did, fear was in the way of taking the first step to making the change and I let fear rule me.
I have proven that I can handle the fear and take huge life steps as I did when I quit smoking ( seriously I found it so easy compared to how I dreaded it ) I am determined to take the next step and not let fear get in my way. BYE BYE 100 LBS !!!

Thanks for commenting on my blog. I did 25 minutes of strength exercise and you know what? I didn't overdo it. That way I am more likely to do it again. And Again...lol. I feel petty good about it!
I am an ex-smoker. Smoked for 34 years....yup since I was 12. I quit 5 years ago and it was BY FAR the best thing I've ever done for myself. Now that I am Sparking I beleive I have found the other best thing in my life.
I wish I had a Wii but just don't see it happening here.
I did listen to the Beatles' LOVE on my iPod while exercising and it was great.
When it got to "Something in the Way She Moves"...I had to smile!

Thanks for the get well. I actually took a 2 mile walk today and felt great. I wore sunglasses and a hat so I wouldn't scare everyone away!

Thanks for the comment on my blog. The biggest loser weighs me in about 2lbs heavier too but wii fit accounts for clothing. Wii fit is closer to what my scale reads when I weigh in in the nude. LOL
