My Program:
I am taking the best of the best from former diet plans I've been on and tailor fitting them to my needs. I am eating the foods I love and not "missing out." So far, love it! POWER FOODS: Whole wheat bread, cereal, pitas, bagels, and pasta. oatmeal brown rice whole rye Fruits/Veggies oranges berries cantaloupe watermelon apples avocado chili peppers spinach sweet potatoes tomatoes Dairy/Protein low fat or skim milk low fat yogurt salmon tuna chicken almonds peanuts walnuts and hazelnuts beans eggs

I am an almost empty nester and an adult re-entry student working toward a degree in Multilingual/Multicultural education. AZ STATE 2010. As for this season of my life, my new motto is: "I will not sit and stew, I will get up and DO!"
