My Goals:
My ideal body is a little tricky. I want to be smaller, but not at the expense of losing my curves. My hope is that gradual, even weight loss combined with consistent muscle building/toning will keep things relatively proportional. I'm pretty laid back about it all.

My Program:
Aside from the stuff I'm doing on my own, I did the Sweatsuit To Swimsuit bootcamp. It was okay, but I found that the work I was doing on my own at home and the gym pushed me the way I wanted. Now that summer is here I do a lot more walking on the trails around West Michigan, which is a really nice way to get out of the gym and work at a higher level in the sunshine. Which I like. :)

Personal Information:
I'm a 28 year-old from Kalamazoo who recently finished up at WMU: English-creative writing and Communications-film, TV, video, & media studies.

I'm also a DJ, which is handy because I absolutely love making mix CDs. Give me a theme, like "Broadway Bun Busters" or "Ian McKaye Wants You To Drop And Give Him 20," and making a 76-80 minute playlist will be a hoot for the both of us. Don't be shy. ;)

There's a plethora of other stuff, but again, best just to read my board posts.

Thank you for your reply to my post. I do laugh and cry at the same time per say, even though the crying usually comes with real tears and the laughing part is more of a silent grin, due to my own sarcastic and self deprecating sense of humor or just by thinking of something ironic about the situation.

Well, regardless of how bad things get, the one thing I never lose is my sense of humor!
