My ultimate goal is really to live a healthy lifestyle. To me, this entails not only physical choices but also spiritual and mental awareness. I have a lot of bad habits that I intend to slowly cut down on. Things ranging from the kinds of foods I eat to amount of time I spend indoors to particular thought patterns.

I'm also hoping that my journey will help inspire those around me, such as my family, to let go of the negativities that weigh them down.
