Goals? Well my ultimate goal.. like ultimate of ultimates would be to finally be around 130. Or somewhere around there. Maybe someday.
But I like to set smaller goals. They seem more reachable. Like saying that I want to be 165 by Christmas. Or 160 by my birthday in March. Things like that.
Overall, the main motivation behind this is simply be as healthy as I possibly can be. When I have children someday I will NOT put them up against the wall of weight misfortune that I was put up against.
I try to do things and make changes that I can maintain daily for the rest of my life.
Right now, it's calorie counting and 3 twenty minute walks/jogs per week. And throwing in yoga and meditations whenever I get a few minutes to spare.

We're hoping to start a family soonish (maybe a year or two) but for right now, we're sharing the house with our wiener dog, Rosco, and two cats: Lily and Boomer.
