She was somewhat overbearing in her opinions and expressing herself. But she knew what she was talking about. I believe that some of the Sparkers felt her expectations of them were not really needed. But it was the way she was. I was always impressed with her knowledge

She was very knowledgeable about raw food eating. Hmmm I wonder if she got kicked off Spark again. There were some here that didn't agree with her. I just feel to each his own, we can all make our own paths, and do what's right for ourselves.

Any change to get to healthy is a good start. Once you get the mindset you will see a difference, then it's gathering the moss until you get to where you want to be. But consider it a life style change, not temporary. I am set to be forever healthy. I know I have given up things, and other people think it's not so wonderful, because they want to continue to eat fast on the go. There is so many tools and ideas to make it so much easier for people to have a healthy lifestyle, and ditch fast food, which is killing most of America today. PINTEREST has so many ideas like mason jar salads for lunches, where you put dressing at the bottom, and then fill it with healthy veges. Then you turn it upside down onto your bowl and Walla theres your salad! And meals that you put together by servings and pop in the freezer, and then you pull them out for evening meal, that's fast! My friend picks a Sunday afternoon to prepare her's for the upcoming week, because she is way to busy most of the time. And she has a Husband and two Sons, and a remarkable schedule. FYI If you want to add tomatoes and any wet vege to the jar, I just put a small layer of plastic wrap and put those on top, so they don't sog up the lettuce. Just a few ideas, more on PINTEREST.
