I have been a member of Sparks People for a little over 4 years . I have lost over 80 pounds, portion control is something i shall always be working at. Sparks is helping me do this. One pound at a time, one day at a time it will add up . Went from a size 24 jeans to 14/16 when i got fall clothes over the weekend. Also from 3x tops to large. Dec. 20,2012 am wearing 16 missy jeans, am currently 3/21/14 wearing some 12 have lost inches but not weight .Eleven months ago was diagnosed type 2 ...

10,000 steps is pretty elusive for me. Normal days I get around 4-5,000, but when I'm especially busy, it is more like you...around 7500 or so. I've decided not to sweat it. As long as I'm not just sitting all the time, I will keep on keeping on!! Have a great weekend. Hugs, Jeannie
